Successful Business Conducted in First Five Months

Since starting Simon Williams Commercial Property Consultants we have acquired the 7 acres ex Budgens HQ and distribution site in Field End Road, South Ruislip on behalf of clients. Planning consent for a trade park, industrial and warehouse development has been aplied for and pre let opportunities are being sought.

In addition, we have let 42,000 sq ft of offices at Widewater Place for Budgens new HQ when they move off the South Ruislip site

Currently SW cpc have over 100,000 sq ft of office acquisition instructions for clients, ranging from 3,500 sq ft upto a 40,000 sq ft, where the companies require new office premises in the next few months

Recent successful projects include acting for Renault Financial Services and WMS Gaming Inc in the acquisition of 14,000 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft of offices for those companies

We continue to market major office buildings in the Uxbridge area, large industrial properties and seek Investment and Development opportunities for our clients.
