Planning Permission at Field End Road

Our clients have obtained Planning Permission for the demolition of existing factories on their 7 acres site at Field End Road, South Ruislip on which they are commencing construction of new Industrial and Warehouse properties totalling 146,890 sq ft.

There is consent for a Trade Park on the main road frontage, a 30,000 sq ft building has already been pre let to Selco for a Builders Merchants and a Skoda dealership has been sold a long leasehold site and gained consent on the land for a dealership.

Various other companies have expressed interest in the site and a number of discussions are being held with them.

Completion of the new buildings is anticipated in 8/9 months.

We are marketing the new buildings jointly with Lambert Smith Hampton and Rogers Chapman.
