Investment Acquisition.

Acting for Insight Investment, who are owned by the Halifax and Bank of Scotland Group and have over £88 billion of assets under management, Simon Williams Commercial Property Consultants have acquired Widewater Place for £34.5 million.

The property is an Office Park with 3 separate buildings totalling 116,819 sq ft and it is let to 6 Tenants including Budgens, Reebok, Norgine, Biro Bic and a subsidiary of Kensington plc.

The gross annual rental income is approximately £2.37 million and the net initial yield on the Investment is 6.4%

Simon Williams Commercial Property Consultants sourced the Investment, introduced it to Insight and advised them on its acquisition including the preparation of a Purchase report.
