Westgate 40 Update.

Industrial letting success at Westgate 40, South Rusilip

SW cpc and their joint agents, acting for Davies Street Properties Limited, have arranged 2 pre lets on the 7 acre Industrial development site near the A40 Western Avenue. The first of 30,000 sq ft was for a Builders Merchants and was let to Selco and the other was to to the Willis Motor Group for a Skoda Dealership.

In addition, terms have been agreed in respect of 2 of the Trade Park units and Units 9, 10a, 11 and 12 are all under offer and legal documentation is progessing well on the proposed transactions

That only leaves 2 industrial units of circa 14,500 sq ft each, one of approximately 4,500 sq ft and 3 units on the Trade Park Other industrial development opportunities are sought for this and other clients.
